Before verification, this token is a community-created memecoin and invitation to collaborate. It is not issued, endorsed or backed by /e/, and it is never equity, shares, ownership, debt or a promise of profit.
After an authorised representative completes verification, the brand receives control of the immutable 19,950,000-token reserve and the accrued USDC fee balance. It can then activate the token as its official loyalty token: reward verified purchases and Quests, publish holder discounts and gated access, and receive future protocol fees assigned to its vault.
